last week I brought my camera to my dance classes. I didn't get any photos or my tap class because I coudn't really, heh. but I did get some of my acting class and the acting part of my broadway jazz class (coming soon). I might bring my camera again next week and sit out a couple of dances if my teachers are okay with that to get some pictures of the actual dancing. but anyway, here's what I got for now. (the people in my classes are crazy, by the way)
writing "stinky feet," our improv exercise. my group had to write a protest song and perform it for the class. so we rapped about stinky feet.
like I said this class is crazy. we finished writing our rap early (or should I say Kaylee finished. rapping is not my strong point. . .but I did contribute one line! hehe) so I just took pictures and Kaylee danced.
the rest of our group arrived (Taylor) so we taught him the rap.
Kaylee's insanely talented.
performance time!
standing, sitting, lying
CRAZY PEOPLE.
skits!
captain, oh captain
51 flavors
hot chocolate soup
ms. Heather suggested we add a chorus to stinky feet and get a little more into it (ahem, I believe she was mostly talking to me when she said that. heh. as I said, rapping is not my strong point)
sorry I have no pictures of either of our "performances" but you know, I was both the one with the camera and the one who had to perform. hate that you missed out, it was pretty hysterical. especially me (failing) rapping. Taylor said I was like Hayley Williams in Airplanes or Taylor Swift in this video. heh heh heh.
standing, sitting, lying (extended version)
the end.
later this week I'll post the (very few) pictures I snagged at broadway jazz and hopefully one of these days I'm going to sneak into a fire baton class (!!!) excited. :)
